Arrow points to positive reactivity of anti-DFS70/LEDGFp75 sera against a 75-kDa protein band. Sera OB-041, HI-829, and RA-880 reacted with the highest intensity, whereas serum DM-119 reacted against multiple protein bands, including a 75-kDa band, consistent with its atypical DFS staining pattern observed in Fig. 1
