Chronic mucocutaneous candidiasis

Chronic hypoparathyroidism

Addison’s disease (at least two out of three)

APS-2 or Schmidt’s syndrome

Addison’s diseases + thyroid autoimmune disease and/or diabetes mellitus type 1

APS-3 (excluding Addison’s disease)

Thyroid autoimmune disease +

DM-1: Type 3A

Chronic atrophic gastritis or pernicious anemia: Type 3B
